Interview

  • Tell us what you consider to be your greatest life experience.
    Personally it was when i bought my new bike and took it for my first ever long ride. I remember coming out of a winding and mountainous terrain of a nearby national park and then being greeted by a view of the coast. The endleas ocean, the sun hitting my eyes, the breeze blowing against my face. The freedom that i felt at that moment is worth a million ordinary years. The best.
  • What are your hobbies? What do you like to do in your spare time?
    My hobbies is go to gym three times a week, reading fitness and travel books, dining out with friends, clubbing, sunday brunch, movie and music, meet new friends and massage.
  • How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or you are more of a homebody?
    Once a year, I have been Macau, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Shanghai, Beijing and Canada. Like romantic travel with someone I love and stay nice wellness resort, shopping, go to spa, fine dining, wine tasting, explore the culture and history, join the cooking class, yoga class, enjoy the pool and gym.
  • What kind of diet and fitness regiment do you follow?
    My diet

    1.2 litre water at 7:00 in the morning

    At 8:30, I eat an oat(non flavoured,60gm) meal in low fat milk. Along this. I mix 25 almonds,flaxseed, a tbps of panjiri,1 tbps of honey and 2 tbps of peanut butter. Honey acts as an oxidising agent. Almonds, panjiri, flaxseeds provide adequate amount of protein,dietary fibre and fats. They also add taste to the oat meal. Over all, this is a very nutritious meal.

    At around 11,I eat 10 egg whites.

    At around 1:30, I either eat brown rice with rajma or chick pea garnished in olive oil or whole wheat pasta or macaroni in limited white sauce for taste.

    At 4:30,I eat another 5 egg whites.

    Before going to the gym, I either drink a shake or a black coofee so as to provide me some energy.

    After coming from gym,at 7:30,I eat another 5 egg whites.

    At night, around 8, I have grilled chicken breast with a lot of veggies.

  • What do you enjoy most about yourself?
    1. Caring and soft-hearted. I’m reeaally soft hearted, I mean, I care for people I don’t even know, and I care about other people’s needs over my own, sometimes to the extreme though…

    2. I’m intelligent. I don’t mean to sound arrogant here, but I’m really smart, like, but I’ve been reading lots of books on psychology and psychotherapy by authors such as Carl Jung, Freud, and Alan Watts.

    3. I have a sense of humor. I know that sounds cliche, but senses of humor are severely lacking in our world, especially self humor, my sister says it’s good to make fun of yourself sometimes, it gives you perspective.

    4. Considerate. Again, not trying to sound arrogant, but I have a tendency to put others ahead of mean, for no reason.

    5. I’m a good listener, I mean, even though I’ve been going through my own struggle with depression, I’ll happily stop to listen to your troubles and see how you’re doing, I have friend who’s going through a really hard time, but I try to stay there and support, I’m an extremely loyal friend.
