Interview

  • Tell us what you consider to be your greatest life experience.
Well, one of the best would certainly be embracing my Zomi friend on the back of his motorbike as we zoomed in the rain through breathtaking mountain ranges in Chin State, Myanmar - hours and hours - days and days... pure magic. No distractions, just locked in my own head space, holding my guide to a vista of endless green peaks...

  • What makes you stand out from the crowd?
I've lived life deeply and remain idealistic. The idealism bit distinguishes me from many who've even lived relatively superficially. ;)

  • If you have to pick one thing that everyone else should absolutely know about you, what would it be?
I believe that through interacting with others - and life at large - we expand our definition of ourselves. We find ourselves bigger in stepping a bit outside of who we once thought we were.

  • What are your hobbies? What do you like to do in your spare time?
I cannot get enough of travel. 35 countries in, I'm now eyeing a return to India. Then... Mongolia? New Zealand?

  • How do you go that ‘extra mile' in your life?
I practice gratitude every day. I delight in details, and attempt not to determine them. Instead of capturing, I strive to surrender to the moments before they go... www.SimplyAdam.com/blog/a-resurrected-adam-part-one
  • What do you do for fun?
I savor solitude, until I need to get out (35 countries and counting). I regularly read (Watts! Whitman! Seneca!), take notes, and even keep a blog: www.SimplyAdam.com/blog
  • What are your greatest personal traits?
The ability to give intuitive guidance.

  • What would you like your followers to know about you that is unique and even a bit personal?
What I do is an extension of who I am. It keeps shifting and re-shaping. I love it. The process... The progress: www.SimplyAdam.com/blog/manifesto-alive-part-one
  • What should others absolutely know about you?
Foremost, I respect myself, and this acceptance and love extends to you. I choose to work as a sensual service provider out of a deep desire to make a positive - long-lasting - difference. My wish is for everyone to cultivate a zealous love for life accompanied by nonstop personal growth. I bring this intention to the work that I do. You can learn more at www.SimplyAdam.com/Services.

  • What kind of diet and fitness regiment do you follow?
I once had a client call my body “natural and unapologetic” while others consider it “athletic." I’d say it’s healthy and well-proportioned. I attempt to follow a grass-fed, slow-carb diet and work with a trainer three times a week.

  • What’s your lifestyle? What makes you who you are?
In an effort to cultivate myself while maintaining balance, I follow a solid daily routine that includes meditation, reading, writing, and rest. I'm not tethered to technology, and enjoy a productive, paced day-to-day.

I believe routine - mindfully, meaningfully showing up to life - is the key to creativity, and employ ritual to imbue the mundane with magic.
