  • How do you go that ‘extra mile' in your life?
    I have always been a long distance runner in many aspects. Knowing your own limits and quietly checking out when you are spent is a challenge, especially when you love the hustle. I still am learning how to take small breaks to recharge, so I can maximize my output in a safe, healthy way. This has manifested in short power naps, meditation breaks, or a moment to enjoy a grounding song. If I push myself too far, I can overheat physically, mentally, or socially, and that is never a good look. I’m trying to better recognize the moments when I am going the extra mile on fumes, so I can come to a halt and restore myself. At the end of the day, I need to present my best self to the world if I am going to leave a positive impact. I also greatly appreciate the company of those that time to do the same for themselves.
  • What would you like your followers to know about you that is unique and even a bit personal?
    I feel like I had so many lives I wanted to live. It makes me overwhelmed thinking of all the directions I would have loved to see my life go. I'm content with my current trajectory, but I also am aware of the brief moment I have alive, and want to soak up every ounce of it that I can.
  • What are your greatest personal traits?
    I'm a communication connoisseur, especially in my personal relationships with others. This doesn't mean everyone needs to throw up everything about themselves on one another, but a chronic lack of understanding can also be detrimental to meaningful connection.
  • What do you enjoy most about yourself?
    I’m a grateful person. Although I’ve dealt with toxic positivity in the past, I believe I’ve found a better balance in gratitude and reality over the past few years.

    I will quite literally stop to smell the roses. Life is too brief to miss out on the experiences and pleasure available to us. Part of that is maximizing our senses and enjoying something new.
  • What kind of diet and fitness regiment do you follow?
    I try to replenish my protein gradually throughout the day, to always stay anabolic. I workout anywhere from 3-5 times per week, mostly lifting weights and doing FITT workouts for cardio.
  • What makes you stand out from the crowd?
    My loud laugh
  • How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or you are more of a homebody?
    Vagabond here, I love to discover.
