• What would you like your followers to know about you that is unique and even a bit personal?
  I lost my partner and bestfriend of 17yrs to cancer a couple years ago. i miss him more than anything in this world. I would hope that everyone experience a great great love in their lifetime .
• What’s your lifestyle? What makes you who you are?
  I am a personal trainer(20yrs) and trauma nurse in the ER (8 yrs). I am a person who loves working with others to be the best person they can be.
• What should others absolutely know about you?
  I am real. What you see is what you get. No filter . I have a big heart. I love making people better than they were.
• Name 5 things that you can’t live without.
  Honest people, Good people, Down to earth, home grown guys. Love, hope..
• What are your hobbies? What do you like to do in your spare time?
  My hobbies are working out, training others, most of all turning Tops into bottoms.
